Inspired by the breathtaking, picture-perfect landscapes of Tuscany, we opened a restaurant with the vision of becoming the best place in Vilnius to enjoy authentic Tuscan and regional Italian cuisine.

At Bisteccheria, we source the finest quality beef, dry-age it in-house, and prepare a variety of steaks to perfection.

Try the the Florentine classic bistecca alla fiorentina, carpaccio made from the acclaimed Tuscan Chianina beef, or a delicate vitello tonnato.

We’re also known for our house-made pasta, hand-crafted ravioli, deeply flavorful risotto, and Tuscan-style pizzas baked to perfection in our oven.

Our fish and seafood selection is extensive – the marble perch with Aperol sauce is sure to surprise, while the grilled fillet of sole or sea bass melts in your mouth.

Guests love our octopus and the salt-baked eggplant – a flavorful, vegan-friendly favorite.

Our wine list highlights a broad range of Italian regions, with many excellent options available by the glass — including standout selections from Tuscany. In our Enoteca, you’ll also find exclusive Italian wine labels curated with care.

FIRENZE (fiˈrɛntse) – the Italian name for the city of Florence, birthplace of the iconic Negroni cocktail and a place so rich in beauty and art that it inspired Stendhal syndrome (also known as Florence syndrome) – a condition where one is said to faint from artistic overwhelm.

Our Italian menu was created in collaboration with a professional chef who spent most of his life in Tuscany. A true expert of Italian gastronomy and a culinary consultant, Mickey Bhoite began his career in the very restaurants of this region. His portfolio spans 17 countries, and he is known for presenting Tuscan cuisine with exceptional quality and refinement.

The Italian wine list was curated in collaboration with Urte Mikelevičiūte – a well-known food and wine expert, water sommelier, and restaurant consultant.

The stylish yet cozy interior, along with a playfully Italian outdoor terrace, was brought to life by design maestro Mantas Petruškevičius.
