Our kitchen team crafted a rich Italian menu with a professional chef who has spent much of his life in Tuscany. A connoisseur and consultant of Italian gastronomy, he began his career in various restaurants in this region under different kitchen gurus. Mickey Bhoite already boasts a portfolio spanning 17 countries worldwide, with his hallmark being the presentation of Tuscan cuisine at the highest level of quality and excellence.
We curated the wine list with the renowned food and beverage expert, water and wine sommelier, and restaurant consultant Urte Mikelevičiūtė.
